M4 Slotted Plastic Nylon Set Screw Threaded Bolt for Insert

Plastic set screw is one of plastic fasteners that is similar with metal set screws but for different applications , nylon set screw with a slotted head and flat point , standard metric M4 full threads for inserts .

Nylon set screws are insulated and good ductility , they are made of nylon 66 ( PA 66 ) and meet RoHS requsted UL 94V-2 on fire resistance .

Nylon set screws are named headless set screw as with not head supprting for popular screws bolts , this desgin is help to fasten light working pieces via inserting threaded hole through two different pieces .

Generally , nylon set screws are packed 100 pcs each bag and 50 bags each carton . carton dimension is 20 x 25 x 15 cm , for big quantity , there is a standard pallet for easy carry , Final packing data should be subject to specific dimensions of set screw and packing types . Besides ,we accept custom packing for your special requirements .
